RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return a product please contact info@kyriablends.com
You will have to pay for postage to return an item and the product must be sent in the original packaging with everything in the box, with the added padding and protection to avoid damage during transport. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the item is returned in a re-sellable condition. Items that are returned damaged will be reviewed and a partial refund will be discussed with deductions for damage.

Full refunds are considered for unusable products, please email info@kyriablends.com to discuss.
If the damage is minor and the product is still usable a percentage will be discussed and refunded if you are happy to keep the product. If you would prefer to be reissued with a new product we will discuss with you and send a new item with the expectation that the original item is to be returned, Kyria Blends would cover the postage costs for returning the original item.
